Spectrum's grade-specific workbooks can help reinforce and enhance your student's core educational curriculum. Spectrum Spelling Grade K provides focused practice on the alphabet, consonant sounds, vowel sounds, everyday words. Twenty-seven lessons are provided, with a review after every 3-7 lessons. 

Students first say (stressing the appropriate phonetic element) and then write out the new set of words they're studying. This spelling list is followed by contextual exercises, writing-based assignments, "words across the curriculum," and an editing exercise.
